OUR MISSION IS TO RESTORE THE INHERENT DIGNITY AND VALUE OF SEXUALLY EXPLOITED WOMEN AND GIRLS.
Our work at BridgeNorth primarily focuses on serving women and girls who are caught in the sex industry. We provide holistic care to exploited and trafficked persons through prevention strategies, exit strategies, and safety planning. We help build bridges between resources, systems, leaders, and governments, and the people they exist to serve. If you are in need of assistance, we would be honoured to serve you.
PEER MENTORSHIP
The peer mentorship we offer to those we serve is just one example of how lived experience drives meaningful change. Survivor mentors—who have exited exploitation themselves—walk alongside those impacted by trafficking, offering support that’s rooted in deep understanding, respect, and trust. Because they’ve lived it, they know what safety really looks like, what rebuilding really feels like, and what healing really takes.
EXIT SERVICES
BridgeNorth is regarded as one of the best Exit Strategists in Canada. Our team has the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully exit sexually exploited persons from their traffickers and help them stay out for good.
OUR CARE PROGRAM
We help individuals believe in themselves again with the type of support that can only be provided by a peer mentor, and we provide survivor-led peer mentoring and programs for women and girls using multi-faceted, strength-based, trauma-informed care. We apply lived experience and direct knowledge to provide comprehensive care to exploited and trafficked persons through prevention strategies, exit strategies, and safety planning.
